Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. Only partial refunds are offered in the following circumstances:

  • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice and a note explaining why the items are being returned.
  • The customer is responsible for returning the product to our address via traceable delivery, such as courier or registered mail, at his own expense.
  • Delivery fees are not refundable.
  • After receiving the returned merchandise, refund requests will be processed within 7 working days.

Several items are excluded from being returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines, for example, cannot be returned. In addition, we do not take intimate or hygienic goods, toxic objects, or flammable substances or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Products that can be downloaded as software
  • Some health and beauty products

Refunds:

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original mode of payment within a set number of days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t yet received your refund, double-check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be formally posted.

Sale items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges:

Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at dooglebaba.com and send your item to the following location: Doogle Baba, Karachi.

Gifts:

If you purchased the item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you after the returned item has been received.

If the item was not designated as a gift when purchased, or the gift donor had the product shipped to them to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and notify them of your return.

Returns for shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping fees. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.

The time it takes for your returned product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are returning an item that is more expensive, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipment insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
